Candidates to be considered for the establishment of an employment relationship

 

pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data

 

 

The personal data of the data subject are processed by PANECO AMBIENTE S.R.L., in its capacity as Data Controller, in compliance with the principles of personal data protection established by EU Regulation 2016/679 (‘GDPR’).

METHODS AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

We inform you that your data will be processed by electronic and paper means for the following purposes:

 

  • Selection and assessment of candidates with a view to establishing an employment relationship

 

LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis is the consent of the person concerned. The communication of this data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the contract. In the event of non-communication, it will not be possible to proceed with the establishment of the employment relationship.

The data subject may revoke consent to data processing at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before revocation.

 

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The Data shall be processed, to the extent necessary, by the authorised, adequately instructed and trained personnel of the Data Controller as well as by the personnel of third parties who provide services to the Data Controller and process the Data on its behalf and on its instructions as data processors. Without prejudice to communications carried out in fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to the following categories of recipients:

 

  • Internal office that will deal with personnel selection

 

RETENTION PERIOD

The data retention period is: 1 year after receipt of the Curriculum Vitae

 

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The Data Subject may exercise, in relation to the data processing described herein, the rights provided for by the GDPR (Articles 15-22), including:

  1. receive confirmation of the existence of the Data and access to their content (access rights);
  2. receive confirmation of the existence of the Data and access to their content (access rights);
  3. request the deletion or limitation of the processing of Data processed in breach of the law, including Data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the Data were collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and right to limitation);
  4. object to the processing (right to object);
  5. file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Authority www.garanteprivacy.it) in the event of a breach of data protection regulations;
  6. receive an electronic copy of the Data concerning him/her as a Data Subject, when such Data has been rendered in the context of the contract, and request that such Data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability).
