NaturVeba Dense

NaturVeba® Dense is a powdered, all-natural thickener specially developed for plant growth substrates. It is obtained by complex processes from raw plant material and contains substances that can make the growth substrate less fragile and more suitable for growing, handling and eventually transplanting.

Supplied in powder form and ready to use, it was born out of the needs of seedbed owners and seedling producers looking for natural, non-impactful ways to make substrates easier to handle without loss. Substrates, in fact, tend to shatter when extracting the seedling from the alveolus if the seedling does not have, as is often the case, a root system extended to the entire volume.

Due to its high thickening capacity and complete but gradual biodegradability, it is also able to provide important benefits to growing media without releasing chemicals or impacting the environment. It is able to reduce nutrient and substrate leaching. It allows seeds and roots to be kept at an ideal moisture and surrounded by more nutrients. It can be added to matrices and soils of various kinds.
