Paneco Biotech Mixer.
Paneco Biotech Mixer is an integrated solution that allows a combined action of rapid oxygenation and automated dispensing of microorganisms from the EnzyVeba® Line specifically developed for medium and large basins affected by eutrophication, algal proliferation and dissolved organic substances.
It consists of a floating circulator with a high-performance motor, a device for the programmed injection of microbiological products from the EnzyVeba® Line, and a structure to house the canisters of product to be dispensed. The Mixer is equipped with a powerful high-pressure circulator. This enables uniform distribution of oxygen and microorganisms in the water.
The microbiological products of the EnzyVeba® Line are composed of a natural microbial consortium of non-GMO bacteria and fungi.
They are able to act in the presence of highly heterogeneous matrices as the bacteria and fungi contained in the consortium themselves degrade and/or develop the enzymes necessary for the biodegradation of the various organic fractions.
It competes effectively with algae and thus prevents their excessive proliferation. It biodegrades dead and decaying algae as well as chemical toxins emitted during their life.
The coexistence of psychrophilic, mesophilic and thermophilic microbial families, both aerobic and anaerobic, and the product's buffering properties allow it to adapt to extremely diverse biological conditions.
The great biodiversity makes it possible to accelerate the degradation reactions of organic matrices and to counteract the proliferation of pathogens through competition mechanisms.
How to use it:
The system is buoyant and can be anchored to the edge of the water surface.
The system is equipped with a motor that can be tilted up to 15° from the horizontal axis to better suit individual needs. The low speed setting allows very quiet operation that does not disturb the animals, minimising the environmental impact on the aquatic ecosystem.
Before final positioning, the automated product injection device must be programmed and connected to the tanks. The system ensures circulation and stratification in water bodies of up to 10,000 m2 using a single motor. It is possible to extend operations using several systems.
Where to use it:
The Paneco Biotech Mixer can be used on large aquatic surfaces, in the presence of excessive nutrients, organic deposits, turbidity and eutrophication. It can also be used in cases of uncontrolled spills and leaks of pollutants and hydrocarbons.
It is suitable for situations where water recirculation is insufficient, where algae proliferation is favoured by a lack of ecological balance. It is suitable in all situations where a quick, long-lasting and low-maintenance solution is required.
